"The last tank game I think I ever really enjoyed was Robot Tank for the Atari 2600. While it may not have been the most realistic tank simulator on the market (it was really one of the only ones), it was still entertaining enough to keep me interested and kept my trigger finger happy by blasting through wave after wave of unfriendly tank commanders in order to attain higher scores than my friends. In fact, I enjoyed it far more than Atari's oft touted Battlezone (this annoyed a number of my friends, as they were hardcore Battlezone fans). Neither title offered much in terms of complexity, though Robot Tank presented gamers with a bit more variety in terms of dynamic weather changes, day and night cycles, as well as a sweet animation that took place when you were blown away by the competition!"
