Puzzle de Harvest Moon review at Gamespot.

"Puzzle de Harvest Moon tries to make a competitive puzzle game out of the sorts of farm-related activities that normally occur in the Harvest Moon role-playing games. Up to four players compete to see who can plant, nurture, and harvest crops on a small plot of land. The game is very simple in that each step takes just a second or two and requires only a couple taps of the stylus. Unfortunately, the designers took the simplicity too far. There's hardly any depth or strategy involved, so the whole thing is really just an exercise to see which player can scribble the fastest."

Puzzle de Harvest Moon hands-on Siliconera.

"Jumping right into Puzzle de Harvest Moon without any training was a bad idea. See, Puzzle de Harvest Moon it isn’t a clone of Bejewled or Tetris with falling sheep; it is its own thing. Since it is fresh, there is a learning curve and a helpful tutorial will be in the final game to teach you the ropes. The tutorial was absent from the E3 build, but a helpful member of the Natsume team came by to teach me how to play. Here is how you can grow crops with the Nintendo DS."

Puzzle de Harvest Moon hands-on at Gamespot.

"Nobody understands the concept of making your brands work for you better than Natsume. The publisher's venerable Harvest Moon franchise has gone through more installments than most game franchises combined, and now it's even branching out into new genres. One such genre is the puzzle genre, which it has branched out into with Puzzle de Harvest Moon. We had a chance to check the game out at E3 2007, and we were pleasantly surprised by what we played."

Puzzle de Harvest Moon hands-on at IGN.

"Puzzle de Harvest Moon is one of those long-in-development projects that we've known about for months and months, but have seen nothing but the occasional screenshot during its development cycle. At the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Santa Monica today, we finally got around to tinker with this Harvest Moon-inspired competitive puzzle game at the Natsume area of the show.

What an odd game. This isn't a puzzle game in the same style as, say, Tetris or Puyo Pop. It's actually incredibly original - so original, in fact, that it took several minutes of playing to understand the mechanics. And even when I say I understand it, I'm probably lying."
