"TANK GO BOOM! RARRGGHHH! BRRRRRMMMMMMMMMM! Perhaps not the most sophisticated of openings, but possibly the most appropriate. Tank Beat's just about big tanks blowing each other up.

The main mode has lots of cartoon people chatting at great length, with no bearing on the mission that follows. They're explaining the requirements, sure, but as far as the story goes, it never leaks into the grit of the game. Tank go boom - and that's it."
