Zoo Hospital review at 1-up.

"Veterinarians have an understandably difficult job -- their patients can't tell them what's wrong. In Zoo Hospital, you use diagnostic tools like x-rays and microscopes to discover what ails your sickly animals. Then you treat them using ointments, injections, and surgery. It's a bit like the DS human surgery game Trauma Center, only with more claws and teeth.

Don't worry; the animals are all fairly tame. They can get a bit agitated if you're not careful with them during the inspection though, and then you will have to soothe them using the stylus and touch screen (and there's no other game that lets you "pet" a hippo, panda, or reticulated python on your DS...that we know of)."
