Glory Days 2 preview at Siliconera.

"Last week we ran some screenshots from Glory Days 2, which led to a barrage of questions like what is it? Is it like Advance Wars? Nope.

Glory Days 2 is more like a mixture of a 2D flight simulator and a real time strategy game. In the first mission you take control of a helicopter where the goal is to airlift civilians from the battlefield to safety. The helicopter is controlled with the stylus and you can shoot the chopper’s machine gun by pressing the up on the D pad. When you see civilians (identified by blue shirts) frantically running to the right you land the helicopter, pick them up and fly them back to the helicopter launch pad. While you’re busy being a shuttle two armies are blowing each other to bits. Tanks and soldiers automatically march to the left side of the screen where they meet a computer controlled army of tanks and troops. The war acts as a background distraction in the early missions because your focus isn’t bombing tanks by pressing down on the D-pad, its rescuing civilians."
